Agreement

By downloading or using Mastermind, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

Colegio Solutions s.r.o. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Mastermind on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

In-App Purchases

Mastermind Pro is a one-time, non-refundable in-app purchase that unlocks additional difficulty levels, timed mode, and statistics. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policy.

Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Use the app for any unlawful purpose

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

Colegio Solutions s.r.o. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
